Please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before using the Moore Movement or Moore Move mobile application (the “App”), operated by Moore Movement Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App. All content in this document refers to the App and Website.
1. About Us

The App provides strength, mobility, fitness, yoga, stroke rehabilitation, and seated movement programs. It is designed for:
- Care homes and private carers
- NHS and governmental organisations
- Individuals over 60 and those looking to build strength, fitness and confidence.
- Anyone needing guidance for fitness, mobility, or injury recovery
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use, and provides programs across three ability levels.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these T&Cs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content from the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the App’s operation
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Important: Moore Movement / Moore Move is a fitness, mobility, and rehabilitation guidance app only.
- The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or rehabilitation program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
- By using the App, you acknowledge that any activity undertaken is at your own risk.
- The App’s content is for general guidance and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App responsibly and safely.
- Follow the instructions and guidance provided in videos and content.
- Avoid any activity that could result in injury.
- Not misuse or attempt to bypass the App’s security or intellectual property protections.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Moore Movement/Moore Move is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the App
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the App content
- You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the App
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including videos, images, text, logos, and software, is the property of Moore Movement/Moore Move or its licensors. You may only use content as authorised in these T&Cs.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers the following subscription options:
- £1/month for individual users
- £5/month for care homes
- Payment is required in advance for each subscription period
- You may cancel at any time; no refunds are guaranteed for partially used subscription periods
- Access to content may vary depending on subscription level and ability stage.
- Prices may change with given notice to existing customers in writing.
8. User Consent
By using the App, you confirm that you:
- Understand and accept these T&Cs
- Are using the App voluntarily and at your own risk
- Have the ability to safely undertake the programs provided
We recommend that users confirm consent via the “I Agree” button on the App during signup.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:
- Violate these T&Cs
- Engage in prohibited use of the App
- Attempt to compromise the App’s security or intellectual property
10. Privacy/Processing of Personal Data
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available at https://mooremove.com/privacy) explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the App you consent to our processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these T&Cs at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
